Description
The scheme is set around a new public piazza linked via an open pedestrian shopping street through St Nicholas Arcades to the existing prime shopping in Penny Street. Debenhams has already signed up for a 97,500 sq ft department store, which will be complemented by around 30 new shops, 800 parking spaces and up to 179 apartments and town houses.
